2nd edition of the training for training managers

The training for training managers developed by the IUIL is based on a competency framework for training managers developed during an INTERRREG project concerned with vocational training in the Greater Region. The IUIL training takes into account the luxembourgish specifities and is thus available in 2 laguage versions: french and german.

The aim is to help the participants manage continuous training within the company, from needs analysis to evaluation.

After a successful first edition in 2015, a second one is programmed for the first half of 2016.
