Named in honour of Jerome de Biber, who has built the Castle of Munsbach, this project aims at reinforcing the development of the IUIL through delayed evaluations of our trainings.

Several months after their trainings, participants and their hierarchies are contacted to give feedback regarding the benefits of the training for them, for their career and for their company. On the spot evaluations (satisfaction surveys, regulation sessions) are also carried out during the trainings.

This delay gives our participants some time, allowing them to be more objective and to implement professional projects, new practices. In addition, the collected data is integrated as a performance indicator as required in the institutional contract the IUIL signed with the MESR. Developed in 2011, this evaluation approach is now in place for all our trainings.

What are the results of such an approach?
We thus demonstrate that our trainings are efficient and have a positive impact on the participants and companies.
In addition, this process allows us to validate our methodology of continuing improvement and training activities.
These improvements are integrated in the set up of the coming sessions.
Thus the Biber project fully participates in building the IUIL.
